Day 01 : Bombay
Meeting, assistance transfer to hotel. Traditional
Indian Welcome at hotel.
Day 02 : Goa
Morning city tour of Bombay to visit Gateway of India.
Prince of wales Museum. Marine Drive. Afternoon transfer
to airport to take flight for Goa, Meeting, assistance
transfer to hotel.
Day 03 : Goa*
Morning visit Old Goa to see church of St. Francis, the
se Cathedral, Church of Saint Catejan and the Basilica
of Born Jesus.
Day 04 : Badami
Morning drive to Badami, the one time capital of he
chalukyas, It's famous for the 6th and 7th centuries old
temples.
Day 05 : Hospet
Morning drive to Hospet enroute visiting Pattadakal/Aihole.
Afternoon visit Hampi, once the glorious capital of the
mighty Vijayanagar empire (1336-1565 A.D.) is in ruhina
now, which spread over 26 kms.
Day 06 : Hassan
Morning leave for Hassan. Afternoon visit Belur Halebid,
the twin capital of the ancient Hoysala Kingdom
(1100-1310). See the Chenna Kesva temple in Belur, built
in 1117 A.D. Later visit Hoyaleswara temple more
impressive than the temple at Belur, constructed a
decade after it.
Day 07 : Mysore
Morning drive to Mysore enroute visit SRAVANABELAGOLA,
17 meter high monolithic statue of Lord Gomateswara
sacred to the follower of Jain religion. Afternoon city
tour of Mysore visiting the palace of the Maharaja built
in 1911-12 in the Indo-Saracenic style. Drive upto
Chamundi hill to see Chamundeshwari temple and also
visit the famous Brindavan Gardens.
Day 08 : Bangalore
Morning proceed to Bangalore enroute visiting
SRIRANGAPATNAM known for the Fort and Palaces of Tipu
Sultan. Afternoon city tour of Bangalore.
Day 09 : Mahabalipuram
Morning take flight to Madras. Meeting, assistance and
straight proceed for city tour of Madras, visiting Fort
St. George, Parthasrthi temple, Snake Park, Marina
beach, Transfer to hotel in Mahabalipuram.
Day 10 : Tanjore
Morning drive to Tanjore enroute visiting PONDICHERRY, a
living monument of French culture in India. Chidambaram
famous for its 1000 years old Shiva temple.
Day 11 : Tiruchirapalli
Morning drive to Tanjore, once the capital of the Chola
empire, is famous for Brahadeswarar temple. After early
Lunch proceed to Tiruchirapalli Afternoon city tour
visiting Rock Fort, Srirangam Island.
Day 12: Madurai
Morning drive to Madurai. Afternoon city tour visiting
Meenakshi Temple, a superb example of Dravidian
architecture, the Tirumalai Nayak Palace, an example of
Saracenic influence on medieval Hindu architecture.
Day 13 : Kovalam
Morning drive to Kovalam enroute visiting Cape Comorin
the Southern most tip of the subcontinent Rest of day
free at Kovalam Beach.
Day 14 : Kovalam
Full day at leisure for beach activities.
Day 15 : Trivandrum
Transfer to airport in Trivandrum to connect flight for
onward destination.
