An interesting combination of Jeep Safari and Trekking taking you through Ladakh, Manali and Dharamsala. From Leh you will drive to Lamayuru Camp the starting point of the Trek. The trek takes you to Urshi crossing over Prinkiti-La (3720m) through the beautiful villages of Shilla and Penjil-La. Camp at Urshi close to the Pass. From Urshi trek to Tar over the high Pass of Tar-La (5250m) climbing down from the Pass over mass of fallen rocks. Camp near the village of Tar. Then the trail goes up along the mountainside and an easy descent takes you towards the attractive village of Mang Gyu and the beautiful camp sight on a small stream. Visit the interesting Monastery. Thereafter trek to Alchi passing through a narrow valley until you reach the Indus Valley at the village of Gere. Continue alongside the hillside until you reach Alchi and check into hotel/resort. Later visit the Alchi Monastery and the village. From Alchi drive back to Leh en route visiting Likir Monastery.

From Leh drive to Sarchu (4,253m) over the second highest Pass in the world Tang Lang La (5,360m) en route visiting the Shey Palace. Overnight at Camp. Then drive over Baralacha-La (4,892m) to Jispa (3,142m). Next day drive to Manali over the Rohtang Pass (3,978m). You have a day free in Manali to explore the temples and the surrounding environs. Then drive to Dharamsala a very beautiful and scenic drive along the Beas River. A day free to explore Dharamsala. Finally drive downhill to Chandigarh.

Day 03 - Drive Leh / Lamayuru (3hrs). Afternoon visit Lamayuru Monastery and village

Day 04 - Trek Lamayuru / Urshi (6hrs)

Day 05 - Trek Urshi / Tar (8hrs)

Day 06 - Trek Tar / Mang Gyu (5hrs)

Day 07 - Trek Mang Gyu / Alchi (5hrs)

Day 08 - Drive Alchi / Leh

Day 09 - Drive Leh / Tang Lang La Pass (5,360m) / Sarchu (4,253m/250kms/8hrs)

Day 10 - Drive Sarchu / Baralacha-La (4,892m) / Jispa (3,142m/80kms/5hrs)

Day 11 - Drive Jispa / Rohtang Pass (3,978m) / Manali (120kms/7hrs)

Day 12 - In Manali (local sightseeing)

Day 13 - Drive Manali / Dharamsala (7hrs)

Day 14 - In Dharamsala (local sightseeing)

Day 15 - Drive Dharamsala / Chandigarh (7hrs)

Day 16 - Drive or Train Chandigarh / Delhi.
